The Sustainable Furnishings Council fielded a consumer study in July 2008 to better understand awareness, attitudes and behavior among the general public, including purchase interest and price sensitivity. This seminar combines the research results with some simple, practical recommendations on what to look for to be sure that you are able to understand and communicate the most important elements with accuracy and authority.
